Maintenance Requirements 

All Unit Owners and Renters

 

Because we live in Florida and our A/C units run almost year round, it is very important to perform proper maintenance on your A/C unit. Your dryer vent needs to be cleaned out as well. By doing this maintenance you can save yourself money along with keeping your neighbor happy. 

 

Every Month

Add a cup of vinegar down the drain line of your A/C Unit, wait a few minutes, and then follow with a cup of warm water.

 

Every 2 to 4 Months

Change the air filter in your A/C Unit.
